power ups and enemy ai

Firstly, some of the older and smaller test stages have been updated and replaced.
These redesigned stages aimed to add more places to take cover as well as make the levels more compartmented for the new enemy AI.
5 new power ups have been added.
- body armor - reduces incoming damage by 1 per tier
- regeneration - regenerates 0.2 * tier health per second
- aerodynamic bullets - increases the speed of your bullets by 20 * tier
- streamlined knife - increases the slash speed of your knife by 5 * tier
- data collection - multiplies picked up exp by .5 * tier
The enemy AI is now improved to make the enemies do more than just run at you. They now patrol around at a lower speed until alerted. They can become alerted if shot, are within a certain range when firing your gun, or see you in a vision cone in front of them. Enemies that become alerted also alert other enemies that have line of sight of the player character.
